The profession of tax consultant is essentially subject to the following professional regulations:
1. the Tax Consultancy Act (StBerG)
2. the Implementing Ordinance to the Tax Consultancy Act (DVStB)
3. professional code of conduct (BOStB)
4. the Tax Consultant Remuneration Ordinance (StBVV)

Fees for services:
The fees for our services are based on statutory regulations, which are summarized in the Tax Consultant Remuneration Ordinance (StBVV).
The European Commission has set up a European online dispute resolution platform for the alternative out-of-court settlement of disputes between consumers and companies concerning sales and service contracts concluded on the Internet, which can be accessed here: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.
However, we do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before this consumer arbitration board.
